How it started

The Glow Up Project was founded by Lindsey Zoneé out of a simple but powerful belief: that everyone deserves a community that pours into them. What started as a vision for meaningful connection grew into a full movement, one that reaches creators, entrepreneurs, professionals, and young people in schools.
As a growing community, our mission is to connect people, inspire young minds through school outreach, and create opportunities for learning, mentorship, and meaningful connections. Because every glow up starts with knowing you belong, and having a community that believes in you.

Lindsey Zoneé
Lindsey Zoneé is a South Florida-based professional makeup artist, licensed cosmetologist, beauty educator, and founder of Zoneé Beauty Cosmetics, with over 15 years of industry experience. She is also the visionary behind The Glow Up Project, a community dedicated to connecting people, empowering youth, and creating opportunities through events, mentorship, and education. Lindsey believes that when we invest in people, communities thrive, and that everyone's glow up is possible.
